5:00pm – 6:30pm: Check in · portrait photos with professional photographer for reunion booklet · sodas, cocktails & snacks · cash bar · mingling · buy split-the-pot & raffle tickets*
6:30pm: Buffet Dinner served by local caterer · assistance available if needed · photographer taking candids
7:00-10:00pm: enjoy DJ music & dancing · reconnecting · sunset photos · goodbyes and hugs for now –
Local ordinances prevent us from staying at the Farm longer than 10pm
after >10:00pm – 1:00am: if you wish to continue nearby, try Longnecks Sports Grill Walton, 12919 Frogtown Connector Rd, Walton, KY 41094 · Outdoor patio, bar food, beer, cocktails

We will have a covered shelter with picnic tables
BYO food & drink OR purchase from farm festival vendors
BYO comfy camp chair if you'd like
Live music from local band or DJ
Restrooms: accessible port-o-lets
ACTIVITIES: Typical Fall Festival activities include corn maze, hayrides, play areas for kids of all ages & adventuresome adults = jump pad, swings, slides, roller pipes, campfire pits (purchase or BYO s’mores), facepainting, farm petting zoo, and more!
